Submit videos of your block starts, flying 30’s, max velocity, etc. via email trackletics@thetrackcloset.com and receive a detailed analysis from a USATF Level 2 Certified Coach.
A recording of the analysis will be dubbed over your submitted video and sent back via email for you to keep and replay as many times as you want.
You will also receive an improvement game plan with drills and form exercises to maximize your sprinting efficiency.
This is a one week sample training workout plan for sprinters during the pre-competition phase. This includes workouts for the speed endurance and special endurance training zones. We will be focusing on training the Alactic, Glycolytic, and Anaerobic energy systems in this one week workout plan. Customers receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download.
